Australia
$5 freight for all goods and vouchers to anywhere in Australia. You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days via Australia Post.
International
All International parcels will be sent by Air Mail. Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-10 working days. Please see the table below to calculate shipping costs.
International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes if applicable. Note that delivery times may vary if an item is on back order.

GST / taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
The total price of your order will include 10% GST at checkout. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.
Late deliveries
To estimate when a package will arrive, please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day, and therefore not processed that day.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not happy with your Rufus & Coco products, we are happy to provide you a full refund under our 100% Money Back Guarantee policy.
If goods are defective, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.
How to return your defective Rufus & Coco products
- Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation and for a return authority (RA) number and the address to send the parcel to. All returns must have a RA number.
- Send your items to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging and include a copy of the invoice issued at the time of purchase.
- For defective products the return must be received by Rufus & Coco Pty Ltd within (14) fourteen days of the RA number being issued.
- Goods are to be returned to Rufus & Coco at your cost. However, the replacement freight (if needed) will be sent at Rufus & Coco’s cost.
- Replacement product will be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Rufus & Coco Pty Ltd. If we are unable to replace the goods, a refund will be processed.
- Any item that is returned to Rufus & Coco Pty Ltd without an RA number will be returned to sender.
- If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first on 1300 851422 to confirm if your return can be accepted.

Please ensure you include a copy of your invoice and contact details.
