Let’s face it, a gift voucher is a great way to ensure the recipient selects what’s best for their best friend. Gift vouchers will be mailed (if this is the option you have selected) FREE of charge and sent with your message and a ribbon (to add a finishing touch).

What is a Gift Voucher?

A Gift voucher is an electronic voucher that can only be redeemed through our online store. When the Gift Voucher is sent electronically, it is forwarded to the receiver's email address and can be redeemed using a code, which is enclosed within the email.

How to purchase a gift voucher:

To purchase a gift voucher online, enter the amount you wish to buy. Then add the voucher to your shopping bag.  You will then be asked to enter the receiver's email address and name and a short message. The certificate email will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine purchasing a gift voucher with another order of Rufus & Coco products.

Using your Voucher:

Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the code that is sent with the gift voucher email. You don't need to use the total amount of the voucher at one time. If your voucher exceeds the total amount you wish to purchase, the remaining amount left on the voucher is automatically kept in our system  until you wish to use it again.

You can use a credit card (i.e. Visa, MasterCard) in conjunction with your voucher if your order exceeds the gift voucher amount. Please note:E-Gift voucher are valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed through our online store only.

Conditions of Gift Vouchers

 

  • Vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise purchased online at www.rufusandcoco.com.au only and not for cash.
  • All gift vouchers are in $AUD 
  • Only one gift voucher can be used per purchase
  • Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue
  • No refund available after purchase of Gift Voucher
  • If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient, then you can top up the value using your credit card
